Mission Rabies & WVS
GoChip collaborated with Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) to design and build an innovative new registration platform. The platform allows WVS, as well as their partner organizations, to register stray or roaming companion animals while collecting trusted data during Animal Rabies Vaccination (ARV) and Animal Birth Control (ABC) programs.
City of Denpasar, Bali
In the village of Sanur Kaja, located in Denpasar Bali, key problems related to rabies control have been identified. Effective dog identification and registration is lacking, hindering proper monitoring and vaccination efforts. GoChip technology offers a solution that provides a secure, permanent digital identity for dogs in the village to control disease and enable targeted vaccination/sterilization campaigns.
University of Edinburgh (Royal Dick)
Data collection on companion animals is the core of what GoChip does, but making sense of sensor data from roaming dogs in a pack is groundbreaking for researchers, NGOs and governments. We are collaborating with researchers at the University of Edinburgh to develop new technology to collect pack data and help people avoid conflict with free-roaming animals and wildlife.
